Welcome to the website of the Annual Conference on e-commerce, organized by the Association for Internet Commerce "eComm" in Bosnia and Herzegovina (eComm). The eComm Internet Commerce Association owns and operates the website konferencija.e-commerce.ba. By using this site and its services, you ("You" or "end user") agree to the Terms of Use (defined below). You also agree to our Privacy Policy located at the following link and agree to visit the Terms of Use from time to time to keep up to date with any changes.

The Association for Internet Trade "eComm" in BiH reserves the right to refuse the provision of services or access to the site at any time for any reason. End User acknowledges that while the Internet is often a safe place, sometimes service interruptions or events beyond eComm's control occur, and that eComm is not responsible for any data lost while transmitting information over the Internet. Although eComm aims to have this website available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the site may be unavailable from time to time for any reason, including without limitation, routine maintenance. You understand and acknowledge that depending on circumstances, both within and beyond eComm's control, access to the Website may be interrupted or suspended from time to time.

konferencija.e-commerce.ba has the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site, including but not limited to content, hours of availability, and equipment required to access or use the Site. 

COVID-19 PROTOCOL AND NOTICE OF CONTINGENT SITUATIONS AND MEASURES

The organization of the conference will take place in accordance with the COVID-19 protocols and measures for the organization of the event in order to ensure the safety of all present participants.

The current total amount of tickets intended for physical presence at the conference is limited to 250 tickets, that is, until the full capacity of the space is filled. The sale of available tickets is on a first-come, first-served basis.

In case of unpredictability and measures in accordance with the new protocols for COVID-19 for the period when the conference will be held, i.e. reduced capacity for the presence of guests, a card for physical presence will be obtained based on the order of purchase. For others who are outside the maximum guest attendance limit, the funds will be refunded in full, or if they want an online ticket, the difference in price between the physical attendance ticket and the online attendance ticket will be refunded, taking into account the price that will be charged at day of ticket purchase.

If there are new protocols and measures according to COVID-19, the conference will respect them and attendance at the conference will be according to current protocols. In the event that you have purchased a ticket for physical attendance, there are active measures and protocols against COVID-19 in force and you do not comply with them, the organizer reserves the right not to allow you to enter the hall, and you will receive a ticket for virtual participation as a replacement at for which you will not be entitled to a refund of the difference in price between the price of the ticket you purchased for physical attendance and the ticket price that will be given to you for virtual attendance, i.e. you agree that you will not be entitled to a refund.
