Milena Đorić Gudurić is Head of Marketing for Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro and she is in charge of strategic creation and execution of marketing and communication activities on these three markets. In this position, Milena supports development and implementation of innovative business projects with traditional and non-traditional partners from financial, merchant, and institutional sectors, while at the same time, she ensures relevant local positioning of global brand assets. Amir Trokić is in the position of Director of Business Development and Client Relations for the Market of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the company Mastercard. He has been working as a product owner for the Moj BH Telecom application for four years, which is part of the company's digital transformation program. Long-term lecturer at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo, and for the last three years at the Faculty of Information Technologies in Mostar in the field of Human-Computer Interaction. Lidija Žigić

Lidija Žigić is the president of the Management Board of NLB Banka Sarajevo.
She graduated in Management and Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tuzla. She received a master's degree in management in service business at the High School of Modern Business in Belgrade (MBS), and successfully completed her master's studies at the IEDC Bled School for Managers and obtained a master's degree in management in the Slovenian language, receiving a second-level master's degree in the European Higher Education Area - 120 ECTS . He has Certificates IEDC - IEDC Bled School for Managers, Korn&Korn - Value Creation for Financial Institutions for analysis of Financial Indicators and Risks, Academy of Finance Bonn - Certificate for risk detection in lending to corporate clients.
Since 1993, she has been employed in international organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina: the Italian Consortium in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the UN World Food Program in Tuzla, and USAID Business Finance as a credit officer.
Since 2003, she has been actively employed in the banking sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2011, he assumed the position of manager of the main branch of the Tuzla HBFBiH. After that, he moved to the position of General Director/CEO of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing d.o.o. Banja Luka. Until the middle of 2014, she performed the duties of a member of the Management Board of Hypo-Alpe-Adria-Bank a.d. Banja Luka. After that, he joins NLB Bank d.d., Sarajevo, where he performs the function of Advisor to the Management Board, and on the authority of the Management Board, he performs the function of Executive Director of NLB Bank d.d. Sarajevo. Since January 2015, she has been a member of the Management Board of NLB Bank d.d. Sarajevo in the position of executive director.
Marijana Dimitrić

During many years of work in the field of e-commerce business, Marijana Dimitrić has gained rich experience in starting, managing, improving and developing e-commerce business.
The enormous growth of this fast-growing branch required excellent knowledge of all processes in retail, as well as modern technologies, new payment methods, legal regulations, data protection systems, and current marketing tools to increase sales, which were the main areas in which, as a leader, Sport Vision e-comm team has been successfully dealing for years in the market of BiH, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Albania.
In recent months, he has been leading the e-comm team for the development and improvement of e-comm at the level of Sport Vision Group.
Aleksandar Stevanović

Aleksandar Stevanović is a director with PwC Strategy & Operations Consulting practice in Croatia, with the responsibility of SEE retail & consumer goods sector leader. He is supporting companies in creating new value and improving their operational performance.
Aleksandar was a part of PwC Consulting from 2010 to 2018, managing numerous strategic and operational projects specifically for clients from the retail and consumer goods sectors in Southeastern Europe. After PwC, he continued his business career at Nelt Group, one of the largest regional companies for distribution and logistics of consumer goods and pharmaceutical products, where he was responsible for creating and implementing the group's strategy and was responsible for operational excellence, data management, digital transformation, and project management as a member of the Executive Board. So far, he has successfully implemented a significant number of projects aimed at improving corporate performance of companies in various sectors, with the greatest focus of consumer goods, retail, and pharmaceutical sectors, which he will continue to deal with in the capacity of a regional director of PwC's consulting department.
Aleksandar has a MsC in economics with education gained at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Niš, Serbia, and the University of Alabama in Huntsville, USA.

Matjaž Robinšak
Research director
Matjaž is a specialist in research in service sector and ICT. He is mainly occupied with comprehensive support in developing marketing strategies and consulting. During his studies he was actively involved in the project of the Centre for Methodology and Informatics within the Faculty of Social Sciences where he worked under RIS project (Use of Internet in Slovenia). He joined Valicon after completing university and gaining degree in social informatics in 2002 where he continued to work in field of information communication technologies. Today Matjaž is research project executive and responsible for managing key clients and directly involved in development of new approaches and services within Valicon. Different analytical approaches to solving the clients’ challenges are his main area of interest from the very beginning. Matjaž is specialized in new product and services development, in the measurement of market potential, in the field of innovation in B2B market and brand strength and brand architecture. His scope of activates also includes advertising effectiveness, customer relationship management (customer loyalty). He is also author of several papers and articles in the field of Information Society and Internet research. He is also regular speaker at various conferences and events.

Nina Angelovska
President of the Macedonian Ecommerce Association
Nina Angelovska, PhD is an entrepreneur, International Business Development Executive at Ananas E-commerce, President of the Macedonian E-commerce Association, Asst. Prof. at the University of Tourism and Management, Skopje, and the former Minister of Finance of the Republic of North Macedonia.
She co-founded and was heading the first deal platform and leading e-commerce company in Macedonia, Grouper.mk, launched in 2011 which transformed the e-commerce market.
Angelovska’s passion for e-commerce, digital transformation and drive for change led her to establish the first Macedonian E-commerce Association in 2017. She was a member of several Boards including the Macedonian Economic Chamber and the European Ecommerce and Omnichannel Trade Association (EMOTA). Currently, she is a member of the Board of Directors at Makedonski Telekom.
Her hard work and impact have been widely recognized. In 2018 she was named Forbes 30 Under 30 and in 2019 she was named one of the seven global UNCTAD eTrade for Women Advocates. After 10 years of heading and growing Grouper.mk, she made a successful exit when the Polish Group Asseco SEE acquired her company.
Recently she joined Ananas E-commerce, part of Delta Holding, whose mission is to become the ‘Amazon of the Balkans’ and bring a new online shopping experience in the region as we know it today in the developed markets.
Adnan Delić
Minister of Economy
Adnan Delić was born on October 6, 1985 in Doboj. He grew up in Maglaj, in a family home with his parents, older sister and younger brother. He is a member of the generation that grew up in the age before the Internet, and his childhood was a war and his earliest memories are connected to the beginning of the war.
He finished elementary school and high school in his native Maglaj, and then continued his studies in Sarajevo. Guided by his desires, he entered the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education at the University of Sarajevo.
Already at the beginning of his studies, he met his future wife, and in the second year of his studies he decided to get married. Shortly after the wedding, they had their first daughter, so they learned to balance student life with parenthood and providing for their livelihood. The company Andrea & Giovani, later Andrea & Company, gave him the opportunity for his first work experience, right at the beginning of his studies, where he worked in sales and business development. He stayed at this company for nine years, and today he is grateful for the experiences he gained during that period. They are invaluable. In those nine years, he simultaneously studied, worked and became a parent to another little girl.
For almost four years, that is, until the moment of candidacy for mayor of Novi Grad Sarajevo, he worked in management positions in one of the better-known IT companies. At that time, he also attended continuing education programs in the field of management at Adizes Leadership Programs.
In the past ten years, he began to be attracted to the idea of social engagement because he did not want to accept hopelessness and apathy, so he founded the Fair play association with a group of enthusiasts, which has been organizing the Fair play soccer league for adults and children for several years, and this also preceded the founding of a humanitarian organization Good.
During all those years and dozens of socially useful projects, he built attitudes and gained experiences that significantly shaped his life, so he was ready for the proposal to get involved in politics and decided that he wanted to take the risk that politics entails.
As the Minister of Economy of Sarajevo Canton, he faces new challenges every day. Creating a better business environment in the Canton is the basic job description of the Minister of Economy, and Minister Delić is fully committed to making it happen.
He is committed to continuous improvement, and in 2021 he enrolled in a master's degree in the field of HRM and knowledge management at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Sarajevo.
Persa Paić
Assistant Director in the Taxpayer Services Sector
Born on December 27, 1961. in Prijedor. Master's degree in economics, Faculty of Economics, Banja Luka. Student of the 3rd cycle of studies, at the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka, majoring in international economics, topic of doctoral dissertation "The impact of the tax system model on tax competitiveness".
Employed in the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska as an Assistant Director in the Taxpayer Services Sector. The sector she manages is responsible for training taxpayers, applying tax laws, electronic services and drafting proposals for amending tax laws.
For three years she was employed at the "Prijedorčanka" factory in Prijedor. Employed in the tax authorities since 1990. Performed the duties of inspector of the Financial Police, assistant director of the Financial Police Regional Center Prijedor, head of the department for control and collection in the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska, Regional Center Prijedor.
By attending professional seminars, he obtained the following titles:
- Authorized appraiser in 2008;
- Chartered accountant in 2003
- Authorized auditor in 2002
Participated in many seminars and trainings in the Republika Srpska, but also abroad as part of her duties in the Tax Administration.
She has been actively writing in the field of taxes since 1999, in which she has achieved the following results:
- Co-author of the professional book in the field of indirect taxes "Excise duties and sales tax in the Republic of Srpska",
-Co-author of the professional book in the field of direct taxes "Commentary on the Law on Income Tax".
Since 2009, he has been a contributor to the professional magazine FINRAR, writing answers to questions in the field of direct taxes. Since 2009, he regularly writes professional articles in the field of application of regulations on direct taxes for FINRAR magazine and publishes an average of six professional papers per year. He occasionally publishes expert articles on direct taxes in the magazine FEB, Sarajevo, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is an associate of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of the Republic of Srpska in the organization of regular and continuous professional education seminars for accountants in the field of direct taxes.
Adis Burazerović

Adis Burazerović is the Director of Technology in Sapient's London office. Joined Sapient in April 2022. Technologist with significant experience in leading change through technology in large organizations across all digital channels. He is passionate about delivery methodology, technology and data about what they can do for customers, colleagues and businesses. Working with teams to understand opportunities, build vision, develop strategy and rationale for change, right through to leading teams to execute and deliver. Working in various roles, Adis has gained experience in technology, digital data and data strategies and digital transformation, combining internal teams together with suppliers, working in different methods and increasingly focusing on aligning technology and digital approaches around Agile methods of product-driven and engineering . Prior to joining Sapient, the majority of Adis' experience was in the retail, business process outsourcing and healthcare industries. In his previous role at a global consultancy, he led the implementation of a microservices architecture for a high-end British fashion house. He was also part of the engineering leadership team at John Lewis & Partners where he played a key role in the digital transformation of John Lewis into the UK's top online retailer leading the enterprise delivery team working across Oracle Retail, IBM Sterling, Stibo STEP, ePOS , Java and Mainframe legacy technologies. Delivered an Omni Channel Customer Ordering offering that implemented a new ordering system for JL Online, Shop and Contact Center ordering systems.
Zlatan Velić

In 2011 BIHAMK was one of the first companies to implement a card web payment option, at the time with a fresh and new startup by the name "PikPay". So I was basically one of the pioneers and had to go thru all the stuff and challenges that being one of the first created. From the internal problems with the accounting department all the way to the clients sending us pictures of their cards, I've seen it all.
Since I was, and still am, head of web development, I have been a leading figure for all the website changes, new versions, new landing pages for specific sales projects, improvements in customer experience, and so many smaller and bigger things that had to be done in the back office on a daily basis so we could thrive in digital sales and marketing.
As the market for e-commerce was growing and maturing BIHAMK was always one the first to try out new ways of creating payments systems and trying to keep up with development, and that strategy enabled me to be working on projects such as integration with different M-banking apps (Sparkasse bank Sarajevo, BBI bank Sarajevo, Sber bank Sarajevo, etc.) which we integrated with our internal software solutions or integration with stand-alone local mobile payment app such as HU HU.
Also, I was in the front seat of enabling our members (customers) to pay us with only an SMS, with back office integration being done with local telecom operators and other private vendors.
One of my professional passions is definitely direct communication channels and their use in today's ever-changing world, so also from the beginning of my career, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to work in an organization where direct communication is basically in everything that we do.
So, with the start of web sales, we started to focus heavily on digital communication systems so we had SMS communication sequences back in 2011 that was switched to an e-mail that was switched to Viber that were switched to today's Omni channel eco system of communication with members which enables us to learn what type of communication customer prefers and we communicate with them thru that.
This approach and relentless search for improvements and inovation in these fields have led us to the year 2019 where at the annual meet-up of all automobile clubs in Europe and Africa in Vienna, I received a "Marketing innovation award" for the use messaging apps in direct marketing/sales. Since this award is given on a "peer-to-peer voting" system from people inside the business, it is that much more rewarding.

dr. Tanja Bošković is an experienced trade expert, combining in-depth academic knowledge (PhD in International Economics) with wide-ranging practical experience in trade and economic integration in different projects in South-East Europe. She has extensive experience managing and implementing international development projects with numerous donors including GIZ, EU, USAID, UNDP. She is currently working as Sector Fund Manager at GIZ Open Regional Fund for South-East Europe – Foreign Trade. Before joining GIZ in 2010, she worked on Montenegro's accession to the World Trade Organization, providing technical assistance to the Government of Montenegro in the process. Besides this, Tanja was a researcher and consultant to develop cooperation organizations on the trade-related topics.

Berina has worked with the biggest retail, banking and technology providers in the EMEA region for more than 10 years. When joining Viber, she was in charge of establishing new alliances and partnerships with many prominent CPaaS, Chatbot, MNOs and other communication companies across regions. Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina
He was born in 1972 in Sarajevo. He also gained work experience in the real sector. He was educated in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United States of America, where he graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1999 with a degree in Marketing and Advertising. He attended postgraduate studies at Columbia University in New York, where in 2001 he obtained a master's degree in the field of international affairs.
Edin Forto is the current Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was also the Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton from 2018 to 2020, as well as from 2021 to 2023. From 2014 to 2018, he was a representative of Our Party in the Sarajevo Canton Assembly, as well as a delegate in the House of Peoples from among Others. He has been a member of our party since 2009. The most important positions he held in it were the position of vice president and the position of political director. Right now it is
the president of our party.

Mrs Chantal Felder
Deputy Director of Cooperation
Chantal holds both an MA in International Relations from the Graduate Institute Geneva and an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics. She worked for the Swiss Embassy in Azerbaijan and for the Secretary General’s Office of the European Free Trade Association, where she participated in multilateral trade negotiations. Upon joining the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation in 2010, she worked both in Tajikistan and at Headquarters, before assuming a position as Deputy Director of Cooperation at the Swiss Cooperation Office in Honduras in 2017. Her main area of expertise there covered governance, civil society engagement, security sector reform and human rights issues.
Since August 2020, she is the Deputy Director of Cooperation at the Embassy of Switzerland in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her main responsibilities are the Economic Development and Employment portfolio as well as migration.
Apart from German, French and English, Ms Felder also speaks Spanish and Russian.
